Using our store

We aim to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly because of screen settings, and sizes and measurements may differ by a small margin. Product images are for illustration. We do not guarantee that every description is error-free, and we may correct errors at any time.

Safety and use of products

Many of our products are decorations. Please read any included instructions and use items as intended. In particular:

• Keep small parts, plush items, bandanas, ornaments and batteries away from children under 3 and pets who may swallow them.
• Keep electrical, LED, battery-powered and candle-style items away from flammable materials, and never leave them unattended while on.
• Decorations are not toys unless stated. Supervise children around them.

We are not responsible for harm caused by misuse of a product.

Pricing, payment and order acceptance

• All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
• We may refuse, limit or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, stock issues or pricing or typographical errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
• Payment is taken when you place your order using the payment methods offered at checkout. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.
• Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms and may not be combined unless we say so.

Shipping, returns and refunds
